Production:  André Clouet Grand Cru Réserve is a rich Pinot Noir champagne with the quality and style typical of Bouzy, A blanc de noirs, elaborated from a selection of reserve wines, with grapes sourced from their exceptionally sited Pinot Noir vineyards,  classified as Grand Cru, on the best slopes of Bouzy. The wine is matured for a long time on the lees before being disgorged.

Tasting notes: Scented nose of raspberries, succulent flavours. The palate is beautifully smooth and integrated, rich and supple, it has a fine mousse, elegant with complexity and long persistent finish.

 

Note:  Very versatile wine with food, to be enjoyed through-out the whole meal from the aperitif to the dessert.  Enjoy it now or can be enjoyed after many years when stored with care.
