Production:

Elaborated from the Penedès' autochthonous varieties, Macabeo, Xarelo, Parellada, and Chardonnay.

Artisanal production with a minimum of 96 months of ageing in caves in contact with its yeast.

Jaume Giró i Giró is one of the most historic cellars in Sant Sadurni d’Anoia. It produces artisanal, top-quality cavas in very limited quantities.

Tasting Notes:

Fine bubbles. Quite floral, especially jasmine and apple notes, with a hint of toast and citrus. Dry and creamy with good acidity and complex flavours of citrus and tropical fruit. Quite persistent and fresh on its finish.

Note: Best consumed up to 12–24 months after the disgorgement date. It combines perfectly with shellfish, fish, pasta, rice dishes, and cold meats; it is ideal with aperitifs, desserts, or simply on its own.
