Production: Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. Second fermentation process in bottle. Aging in Cava for a minimum of 20 months.
Tasting Notes: Clean, fresh, and creamy, with excellent aromas of green apple combined with citrus notes, fennel, and dried fruit; fine bubbles; and good acidity give it a long, pleasant, and refreshing finish.
Notes: Best enjoyed over the next 1-2 years.
The Adernats Brut Reserva has been given the international recognition of a Great Gold Medal and the revelation of the Jury Awards in the World Competition in Brussels, one of the most prestigious competitions in the world.
La Vinícola de Nulles is situated in the village of Nulles, to the south of the l'Alt Camp region in the province of Tarragona.
It was founded in 1917, but it was not until December 1919 that the construction of what is known today as the Art Nouveau Winery began and was completed in time to start operating for their first harvest of 1920.
Actually, it comprises 400 ha of vineyards, and the grapes harvested are used to produce their wines and cavas.
