Noix is a walnut Liqueur, a regional specialty of the Valleys around de Monastery, based on a local traditional recipe using green walnuts harvested by hand on St. John’s day (24th June) and macerated in wine alcohol. The Carthusian Monks add a decoction of plants which will give it this particular and unique flavor to the Noix.

How to drink it:  To bring out all its flavors, it should be consumed very cold with ice. Ideal as an aperitif or as an after-dinner drink, but today is more and more being enjoyed in cocktails.
