Celler Mariol has been working the land and making wines in the Terra Alta region for over 100 years.

Production:

Made from their own 100% Macabeu wine, which was fermented with selected yeasts at low temperatures in stainless steel containers.

Darkened with unripe green walnuts and aromatised by the maceration of spices and more than 150 local herbs. Followed by an ageing process through the traditional system of soleras for a maximum of 6 months.

It presents a mahogany colour with a hint of brown. Herbal aromas like thyme and rosemary with spices like cinnamon. Refreshing and smooth, finishing with a pleasant bitterness and caramel notes.

Ideal as an aperitif. To be served cold, at 8ºC, with ice and orange peel.
