A very innovative and unique artisan Galician bitter red vermouth made from the local grape variety, Xenciana, from the Pazo de Arreté in Padrón, a winery in the DO Rias Baixas.

A vermouth made following a traditional and natural formula with a unique flavour and personality, crafted by the Vermutería de Galicia.

A perfectly balanced fusion of the authentic local grape, Xenciana macerated with 28 botanics, and a meticulous selection of local herbs, peels, and citrus fruits. The process of maceration by hand is what defines the unique personality of the St. Petroni vermouth.

The result is a complex vermouth with a marked Atlantic character, sweet bitter notes, an explosion of citrus fruit, floral and botanical nuances, and sweet spices. Bitterness and sweetness in balance.

A perfect aperitif, to be served simply neat or on the rocks with a lime twist and a green olive. Once the bottle is opened, it is recommended to keep it chilled for 3 to 6 months.
