Vermouth Perucchi is the first Spanish vermouth elaborated in 1876 by Don Augustus Perucchi. A unique product with a delicate flavour resulting from an accurate selection of wines and sweet wines macerated with a secret combination of more than 50 different herbs, plants, and roots. In order to maintain tradition and authenticity, many of the deposits where the centenary solera ages are the same centuries-old from the very beginning; here it goes through a long ageing of more than 4 years.

Within each bottle of Perucchi vermouth, there is a small percentage of vermouth older than 150 years. All the products used are organic, without any type of preservative or antioxidant added.

The result is a vermouth with an intense, bright ruby colour. Subtle vegetal aromas are intermixed with the aromas of the traditional oak and nuttiness, a slightly sweet bouquet, and fruitiness with a subtle bitterness.

Excellent as an aperitif. To be served cold with ice and orange peel. Also as a base for cocktails.
