Vinification: Natural wine without added sulphites made from 100% White Carignan from 60 years old vines in the Agullana municipality in the comarca of Alt Empordà (Girona).  The wine is organically farmed following the biodynamic principles, working with sacred geometry. Manual harvested following the Byodinamic calendar. Fermentation spontaneous with autochthonous yeasts,  50% in stainless steel, 20% in clay amphora and 20% in chestnut, followed by an ageing with its lees in stainless and chestnut for 3 months. Production of 2590 bottles. SO2 < 10mg/l.

Cosmic Vinyaters is the project of a new generation of winemakers,  passionate, enthusiastic and talented young people with the aim to produce  small-crafted volumes of well-made wines with their own unique identity, totally respecting the values of the fruit and showing a great respect of nature and of the expression of terroir. Tasting Notes:  Complex nose of attractive notes of backed apples with floral touches. Fresh entry on the palate with just the right level of acidity over a minerally background and a soft mouthfeel.
