The grapes for this wine were sourced from 15 different vineyards in the Baix Penedès region (Tarragona).

Fermented in stainless steel vats at a low temperature of 17 ºC.

Tasting Notes:

Fragrant aromas, primarily citrus and exotic fruits with revealing floral notes and a hint of anise. Dry and crisp on the palate, clean and fresh, good fruit flavours that finish on an elegant citrus note.

Jané Ventura has been a family-run operation in the village of el Vendrell since 1914. The vineyards are in the Baix Penedès region, north of Tarragona, on small plots between the sea and the mountains.

The Bodega is actually run by the last generation, Gerard Jané, who brings his experience and joyful passion to the family business passed on to him. He now makes a wide range of wines and cavas, all of which are characterised by their approachability and charm.
