This is a high-mountain wine, produced by the Cusiné family, also owners of one of the most prominent and bicentennial wineries in the Costers del Segre, Castell del Remei.

The Cervolés Blanc is a blend of Macabeu and Chardonnay from high-altitude vines from two different plots. The Macabeu comes from La Finca Cametes, and the Chardonnay from La Finca Oliveres.

The wine is organically produced, fermented, and aged for 8 months on its lees in 3000-litre foudres and new French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:

Lively, generous aromas of exotic fruit, with a hint of mineral, creamy texture, volume, and good acidity, are complemented with a touch of new wood, stylish and very expressive.

Notes: Best enjoyed over the next 2-3 years.

Celler Cérvoles is a much younger project, founded by Tomás Cusiné in 1997 with the aim of elaborating quality single-estate wines that speak of the terroir where they come from.

The winery is located in La Pobla de Cervolés (Las Garrigas). They work 35 ha of vineyards located at an altitude between 700 and 800 metres at the foot of the Sierra de la Llena, which makes a natural border between the Priorat and the Montsant region.

Celler Cervolés has been a member of the Grandes Pagos "Gran Cru Association" since 2003, an association of wineries that defends and spreads the culture of single-estate wines.
