Serving Temperature:  8º - 10º

A blend of various and diverse varieties, of which the Macabeu comes from 36-95 years old vines planted on calcareous and franc clay soil.

Production: 

Hand harvested and after a careful selection process on the sorting table, each variety is fermented separately at a temperature of 16ºC, afterwards 10% of the wine ages on its lees for three months in French oak barrels.  

 

Tasting Notes:  Lively aromas of orange, lemon and fennel, combined with a mineral scented-nose. Vibrant citrus and mineral notes that finishes on an elegant citrus and tangy note.
