The grapes to make the October White come from their own vineyard in Cornudella de Montsant. The blend is Macabeo, white Grenache, and Chardonnay.

Tasting Notes:

Golden yellow colour, bright and intense. Floral and aromatic: tropical fruits, pineapple, banana, peaches, and white flowers. Balanced and round, refreshing acidity, persistent finish with a hint of sweetness.

Notes: Drink now in its youth.

Cingles Blaus is an artisanal winery, making wines since 2001, initially in Cornudella de Montsant, and since 2006, in Mas de les Moreres at the foot of the Monsant range. Mas de les Moreres is an exceptional estate with a very old farmhouse dating back to the 15th century.

The grapes are sourced from their own vineyards, which are found in two different locations: "Mas de Les Moreres", a vineyard located on the slopes of the river Arbolí, composed of slate soils, and the vineyards located around Cornudella de Montsant, northeast of the Priorat region at about 570 metres above sea level with stony clay soils.

They practise traditional agriculture with great respect for the environment, with most of the winemaking work being done manually.
