Elaborated by Emilio Rojo, exclusively from indigenous varietals. All the grapes are sourced from a single vineyard, just a little more than 1 ha of vines with an average age of about 20 years and producing a low yield, growing mainly on granitic soil on a hillside in the municipal district of Arnoia (Orense).
Production:
Hand harvested at the optimal ripening time of each variety. The different grapes are both hand-selected at the vineyard and on arrival at the winery. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts, where it ages for the following 12 months.
Bottled in the summer of 2023. Afterwards, the wine spends a further 24 months resting in bottle in the cellar before its release.
A very limited production.
Tasting Notes:
An exceptional and unique wine. Balanced and elegant, concentrated and at the same time subtle, it displays floral notes and a citrus and fruit background, velvety textured, lively and vibrant with good acidity and an excellent length.
