Production:

The sparkling Brut Reserve from the Vilarnau family in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, the heart of the cava country, is a blend of the three traditional grape varietals, Macabeo, Parellada, and Xarel·lo. Grapes sourced from organically certified vineyards in the Espiells area, in the highest and most airy part of the municipality of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia.

Organically produced, each variety has been vinified separately. Bottled fermented "Méthode Champenoise". Aged in bottle for a minimum of 15 months.

Vegan-suitable.

Tasting Notes:

A classic sparkling wine, fresh and elegant, offering some vibrant fruit flavours of ripe apples and light bakery notes. On the palate, it is ample, maintaining the freshness enhanced by a notable acidity, with a long and elegant finish. Great aperitif or at any time on its own.
