Miquel Pons wines and cavas are made from their own grapes, grown and harvested in organic vineyards over 80 hectares in the heart of the Penedès region. Cava Miquel Pons is a family brand with a history of more than 250 years and various generations passing on the legacy inherited, including their love for the land. They work with native grape varieties as a reference and hallmark of their territory.

Production:

Vinified and matured in-house, entirely organically produced. Using selected own grapes. Méthode Champenoise: traditional secondary fermentation in the bottle.

A blend of 80% Xarel.lo (of which 20% is fermented in oak) and 20% Macabeo. Minimum 48 months of ageing in bottle. Brut Nature Gran Reserva 100% natural disgorging, at natural temperature without freezing the neck and without adding expedition liqueur.

Tasting Notes:

Pale yellow color with a golden hue and fine and creamy bubbles. Elegant nose with honey, apple compote and stone fruits. length, elegance, and broad palate; soft texture, persistence and beautiful butterscotch and tangy finish.
