Jaume Giró i Giró is one of the most historic cellars in Sant Sadurni d’Anoia. It produces artisanal top-quality caves in very limited quantities.  

Production: 

Elaborated from organic wines, from the Penedès' autochthone variety Xarel.lo. Artisanal production with a minimum of 20 months ageing in caves in contact with its yeast.

Tasting Notes: 

Very pale yellow with green notes and very fine bubbles. Delicious refreshing apricot fruits, dry, fresh and creamy with good acidity complemented by some subtle ageing notes which gives it a touch of complexity.

Note: Best consumed up to 12–24 months after disgorgement date. It is ideal with sushi, shellfish and all types of fish, as an aperitif, or simply on its own.
