Production: 

Aged for 12 months in 7000-litre French oak barrels, and after the coupage is done, the wine remains another 2–3 months in stainless steel tanks before it is bottled.

Tasting Notes:

Forward and gentle, with a very youthful nose of ripe fruits and hints of spices. Smooth texture, fresh and lively on the palate, with fruit and a touch of well-integrated oak. Clean, fresh finish.

Les Cousins is a label made by two cousins, Marc & Adrià Perez. They started this new project together in 2007, located in the village of Porrera, within the appellation of Priorat. Both are well-known in the winemaking sector, having worked at the family vineyards and winery (Mas Martinet) and in the Cims de Porrera project, and have gained a wide range of experience working and studying in different vineyards and projects in other countries.
