Serving Temperature: 15º - 17º

Production: Aged for 12 months in 7000-litre French oak barrels, and after the coupage is done, the wine remains another 2–3 months in stainless steel tanks before it is bottled.

Tasting Notes: Forward and gentle, with a very youthful nose of ripe fruits and hints of spices. Smooth texture, fresh and lively on the palate, with fruit and a touch of well-integrated oak. Clean, fresh finish.

THE PROJECT

Les Cousins is a label made by two cousins, Marc & Adrià Perez. They started this new project together in 2007, located in the village of Porrera, within the appellation of Priorat. They both have gained wide experience working and studying in various vineyards and projects abroad, including the Cims de Porrera project and the family's vineyards and winery (Mas Martinet), which have made them well-known in the winemaking sector.
