Production: Young red wine elaborated from the local varieties Grenache and Samsó (Carignan) and in smaller proportion Tempranillo, 80% traditional fermentation and 20% Carbonic Maceration.

Tasting Notes: A youthful, fresh, rounded wine. Light, fruity, ripe fruit and raspberry jam, smooth and straightforward.

 

Notes: Best enjoyed in youth over the next 1 - 2 years.

Celler El Masroig is one of the most well-known wineries in the Montsant region. It dates back to 1917 and today comprises over 200 members with approximately 500 ha of vineyards on property, which makes it one of the largest cellars under the denomination of Origin Montsant.
