Production:

The wine is made from Merlot topped with 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Grapes sourced from the estate's 10 ha of vines of 35 years of age. The wine has aged for 12 months in new oak (60%) and used oak barriques.

Tasting Notes: 

Medium-bodied and fresh, it displays aromas of black and red fruit, subtly spicy with hints of violet and rose petals. Good concentration of fruit on the palate, soft texture, and warm finish.
