Venta las Vacas has been elaborated by Juan Carlos Vizcarra, proprietor of Bodegas Vizcarra, for the Uvas Felices Project.

Production:

The grapes have been sourced from 15-year-old vines from two different vineyards located in the province of Burgos.

Harvested manually. Aged for 12 months in 1st- and 2nd-year French and American oak barriques.  

Tasting Notes:

A beautiful nose of soft fruit, some floral notes, and a touch of sweet spice. On the palate, it shows good fruit expression with soft oak flavours. Smooth and creamy structure. Dry and mature tannins. Roundness, freshness, and length on the finish.

Note: Drinking nicely now or during the next 3-4 years. It is not necessary to decant.
