The Grand Cru Brut Vintage is made from 100% Chardonnay. Grapes sourced from own vineyards, classified as 100% Grand Cru.

Production:

The harvest is done manually, with a careful selection of the clusters taking place to discard those that have not matured properly.

The vinification takes place in a traditional cellar. Maturing at 10 metres deep in the family's cellar for 4 years with its lees.

Tasting notes: Fine and elegant. Showing primary aromas of Chardonnay, a broad, complex nose and white fruit. The palate is structured with perfect acidity. Mouth-filling, long and dry finish.

Note: This is a very versatile wine with food: grilled fish, cheese plates, or pasta dishes. It can be enjoyed today or many years from now when stored with care.
