Production:
Quality Sparkling wine ferments "Méthode Champenoise" from ecological farming. It has an in-cava ageing on the lees for 50 months.
Tasting Notes:
Straw yellow colour. Rich, toasty, nutty-scented nose with hints of liqueur and ripe fruit aromas. On the palate, it shows excellent fruitiness and acidity, with some spicy notes and a lemon peel touch.
Note: To be enjoyed throughout the meal and also with dessert.
