Three generations of the Mascaró family have been dedicated to the production of distillates, cavas, and wines of high quality at their Vilafranca del Penedès celler. The Pure Reserve brut Nature is made from grapes sourced from the "Mas Miquel" estate in Aiguamurcia (Alt Camp in Tarragona) and is one of the highest areas in the Penedès region. 

Production: 

Manually harvested, the grapes are pressed without destemming, and only the grape-juice of the highest quality is used to elaborate their base wine. Fermented at a controlled temperature to preserve its rich aroma. Ageing for a minimum of 2 years in their underground cellars. The Brut Nature Pure does not have expedition liqueur added.

 

Tasting Notes:

Pale yellow in color with fine bubbles, elegant and clean nose with a dry and balanced body, delicious refreshing finish.
