Produced by the Cooperativa d’Arrossaires del Delta de l’Ebre, located in the Ebro Delta Natural Park, in the province of Tarragona, a protected area and a unique place for growing rice, which has a long tradition in rice production. Segadors del Delta is a brand that belongs to the Cooperativa d’Arrossaires del Delta de l’Ebre, awarded with the Food Quality Seal and Protected Designation of Origin, which guarantee the authenticity of the rice and its quality. 

The newly created Licor Crema de Arroz 1860 is a premium liqueur with touches of citric notes of oranges of the upmost quality. The name is an homage to the year that the first seeds were planted at the Delta de l’Ebre. It is elaborated from a yearly, pre-selected different types of oranges that are macerated with 100% rice distilled alcohol in order to extract the essential oils from the skin and twice distilled to extract the finest aromas. An artisanal product, all the skins are peeled manually.

This is an exquisite liquor with a unique texture and flavour; it has a bright and dense white colour. Displays the characteristic aromas of cream combined with citric notes and cinnamon well integrated; especially outstanding are the citric notes of the orange and other citrus. Entry on the palate: soft and sweet with volume but not excessively thick, tasty and beautifully pleasant.

Ideal to drink on its own, cold, 5º–8ºC with ice, on the rocks, serve in a wide glass in order not to concentrate the aromas. Also, as a digestive after the meal, with dessert.
