Wine Cellar and oil mill dating back over 100 years in Vinebre (Tarragona). Noemi, now the 4^th generation of the Poquet family, owners of the Molí de Rué, continues with the family tradition of elaborating bulk wines and bottled olive oil at the same time she focuses on modernizing the winery to elaborate a new line of modern bottled wines.

Production:

Sol i Serena Vimblanc an extraordinary wine from sun-dried raisins elaborated with grapes from the Macabeo varietal carefully selected and dried on mats in the open air during 10 - 12 days, aged in French oak barrels through the solera system. It is the result from the blend of different vintages.

Sugar content 350 gr/l.

Production: 998 bottles

Tasting Notes: Of a lovely amber color, aromatic, dry figs, toasted notes. Very unctuous and fresh, sweet entry on the palate with a toasted and fruity predominance, good acidity, long finish.

Notes: Ideal with desserts and also as aperitif with foie.
