The Moscatel Emilín is part of the range of Sherry wines from the Solera Familiar collection. 100% Moscatel from a single vineyard, “Las Cruces” in Chipiona, Cádiz. The grapes are collected as late as possible and laid out in the sun for several days. Fermentation is stopped in order to keep the natural sugar of the grapes. Aged in the “solera and criaderas” system for 8 years in Jerez de la Frontera.

Tasting Notes: Dark mahogany in colour. Displays intense floral aromas and citric flavours. Smooth and rich on the palate, very sweet, nutty, and grapey fruits, balanced by its natural acidity, a finish that lasts and lasts.

Notes: Ideal with desserts or rich fruitcakes.
