Production: Sourced from a selection of grapes picked from five different plots and dried for 10 - 20 days.  Aged during 16 months in 60 liters oak casks.

   

Tasting Notes: Well balanced and pleasant to drink. Rich smooth candied red fruit, thyme, rosemary notes with a hint of honey and violets, cassis and sweet cherry fruit, kirsch and spices. Excellent freshness and acidity.

 

Mas D’en Gil, is a 125 ha estate that has been in the Rovira family's ownership since 1998. It is located in the Bellmunt del Priorat district, in the southern part of the historic Priorat region, and has 45 ha of vine-planted terraces and hillsides at 300 metres above sea level with soils made of the distinctive Priorat slate soil.
