Production: Aged for 12 years in the bodegas of Jerez in American oak casks through the traditional method of "soleras and criaderas".

Oloroso is a variety of sherry made in a slightly more oxidized style than a fino or amontillado, producing a darker and richer wine with alcohol levels between 18 and 20º. Olorosos are the most alcoholic sherries. Although naturally dry, they are often also sold in sweetened versions.

Tasting Notes:

Mahogany in colour, displays penetrating smoky aromas. Dry on the palate with intense walnuts and dark chocolate flavours. An intense and concentrated finish, lightened by a tangy acidity.

Notes: Ideal as aperitif, with dry fruits, and to accompany Osso Buco and other meats.
