This is a handcrafted natural sweet wine obtained from 100% Pedro Ximénez grapes sun-dried on their skins with a slow extraction.

Production: 

Aged for three months in American oak casks and bottled on the property by the successors of Phelipe Antonio Zarazana Spínola.

Each bottle comes numbered individually as a guarantee of its authenticity.

Tasting Notes: 

Dark amber colour, clean and bright. Overripe grapes, scented nose with notes of apricot jam. Rich and full with a pleasantly natural sweetness.

Ximénez-Spínola is a small, independent family winery, a specialist in elaborating products exclusively from Pedro Ximénez. They put all their effort into the quality and prestige of its production, and as a result, their production is extremely small, with releases very limited and each numbered, which transforms each bottle into a unique piece with a full guarantee of the quality and age of their products.
