Production:

The white vermouth from Celler Mariol in Batea (Tarragona). A cellar with more than 100 years dedicated to the land and the winemaking in the Terra Alta region.

White vermouth made following the family's traditional recipe, using a Macabeu wine base entirely of their own wines. It has macerated with more than 150 herbs selected from the locality and aged on its lees.

It presents a lemon yellow colour. Displaying aromas of aromatic herbs, vanilla, and citric notes. Entry on the palate is quite refreshing and intense. Sweetness and dryness in perfect balance at 50%.

Ideal as an aperitif. To be served cold, 8ºC, with ice and orange peel.
