AT Roca, the newly born project led by the experienced winemaker Agustí Torelló Sibill and his son, the oenologist Agustí Torelló Roca, has produced a remarkable range of three wines: two whites elaborated within the D.O. Penedès, one red within the D.O. Montsant, and 2 Cavas within the D.O. Penedès. 

Production: 

The Costers the Vinya (formerly known as Floral) is a young white wine elaborated in the DO Penedès, a blend of autochthonous grapes where the Macabeo grape takes the main player role. Each variety comes from different plots, seeking vineyards in the highest areas and older vines; they are also vinified separately, which contributes to reflecting the maximum expression of terroir in their wines. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats for 25 days, followed by some ageing on the lees for 4 months. Organic Viticulture.

Tasting Notes: 

Clean, fresh aromas with lively fruitiness and prominent floral notes with a hint of sweetness. Palate of citrus and floral notes marked by a refreshing acidity and a mineral background.
