Production: Elaborated by Gaston Coty at L’Origan, the Cellar in Sant Sadurni d’Anoia, the capital of the Cava. Traditional method of elaboration with an ageing of 28 months minimum in bottle with its lees.

Tasting Notes: Complex and intense. Rich, toasty, nuts, herbaceous and floral scented notes with a citric touch. Dry and soft, creamy textured, pastry notes with hints of yeast. It is ideal to accompany any meal from beginning to end.
