Production: Long-aging artisanal cava, produced by Roger Goulart in a unique natural underground cellar located underneath a centenarian Cathedral, an architectural jewel of the Modernism style. Roger Goulart are cava producers since 1882.
The base wine is made from a selection of the best grapes, each variety is vinified separately. Aging in cava for more than 30 months in contact with the yeasts.
Tasting Notes: Pale yellow color, clear and fresh bouquet, with white and citrus fruits and a background of fine pastry. On the palate, dry and fresh with a silky finish.
Notes: Ideal to accompany an aperitif or a meal.
