Production:

This V.O.R.S. (Very Old Rare Sherry) is a unique wine of very limited production. This Cream VORS comes from a very exclusive single cask from the oldest solera casks of this wine ageing in their bodega in Jerez.

Each wine (Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez) is matured separately in its own solera for more than 30 years. Once blended, the resulting wine is returned to an exclusive cask solera for a further 3 years of ageing.

Certified by the Sherry Council as an exceptional wine, aged for over 30 years.

Tasting Notes:

It presents a dark gold colour, with a pronounced nose, displaying aromas of nougat, bitter orange, roasted coffee beans nad dried apricoat. Smooth, intense and mouth-filling on the palate.

This wine has been bottled without any kind of treatment, drawn straight from the barrel. It could show some cloudiness or sediments, which is quite natural and in no way will alter the enjoyment of the wine. It is recommended to store the bottle upright.
