Production:  La Petarda Sangria de Vino is a modern and pioneer project. A light sparkling sangria made from Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon by the Charmat method, where the second fermentation takes place in a large stainless-steel tank prior to bottling, introducing concentrated flavors in isobaric machines to maintain the carbon. The result is a light and seductive sparkling with a dark cherry color, fine bubbles. Fresh and floral with subtle aromas reminiscent of blueberry and raspberry. Sweet and persistent.
