The Impérial is the most emblematic champagne of the house and also the most well-known and widely sold. It combines in its coupage the three Champagne grape varietals, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay.

Blended from more than 100 different wines, between 20% and 30% are selected reserve wines that have more complexity and a better structure to age.

It was first created in 1869, and it is characterised by a bright fruitiness with an elegant scented nose of green apples, citrus, and white flower notes, with mineral nuances. Full, rich mouthful of white fruits and citrus on the palate with an elegant maturity feel.
