Production: It has a long minimum maturation period of 36 months in bottle.

Tasting Notes: Presents a lovely golden yellow shade colour and slow and harmonious bubbles. On the nose, it displays aromas of mature fruit and dried fruit with bakery and confectionery notes. On the palate it enters fresh, elegant and smooth and presents a subtle and well-integrated carbon dioxide. Long and delicate aftertaste.

Note: Ideal to be served with flavourful meals or during the whole meal.


Cava Bertha is a relatively young Cava, starting to work in 1989 under the trademark of Josep Torres Sibill, and it was 1998 when the Cava Bertha trademark was registered officially. With it came changes of the  concept of the product: new image, a new presentation, new concept, new philosophy and, above all new products In less than a decade it has increased its reputation, establishing itself as one of the region’s most valued and as a synonym of high-quality product.
