A naturally white sweet wine made from a selection of Muscat de Alexandria, a grape that has always been identified with these lands, sourced from the family’s oldest, north-facing, and highest-altitude vineyards located in the mountains of Axarquía in Málaga. A project of Jorge Ordoñez together with his sister Victoria and the collaboration of Gerhart Kracher from the Kracher family from Austria, who has taken over from his father, Alois Kacher, the well-known Austrian sweet wine maker.
Production:
Harvested manually and fermented in stainless steel, it has been elaborated naturally sweet without the addition of alcohol.
Tasting Notes:
Beautifully caramelised apricots and a tropical fruit-scented nose. Fresh and intense, concentrated, rich with a nice edge of orange peel and citric notes, good acidity, and a delightfully refreshing long finish.
Note: Ideal with foie gras and strong cheeses as well as desserts, especially ice cream and strawberries.
