Production: 

Prohom Experientia is a white organic wine, a blend of Grenache (70%) and Viognier. The grapes have been carefully selected at the vineyard and manually harvested, and a percentage of the wine has matured in 500-litre French oak barrels for 3 to 4 months.

Tasting Notes: 

Bright yellow colour. Great intensity aromatic aromas of stone fruits like apricot and peach. Creamy-textured, structured with good acidity and freshness, and with a long and persistent aftertaste.

Note: Best enjoyed now or over the next 2-3 years.

THE WINERY

Coma d’en Bonet belongs to the Fuster Amades family, a family with a long winegrowing tradition from the village of Gandesa, within the Terra Alta denomination of origin, in the province of Tarragona, south of Catalonia. Now they are farming and producing their wines organically. They work 28 ha of vines divided in different plots and growing in the characteristic clay-calcareous soil, very poor in organic matter. All their wines are fully certified organic by the Catalan Organic Farming Council (CCPAE).
