A very limtied selection of Black Grenache sourced from 50-year-old vines from a single vineyard, "Cerverola" with south orientation and at an altitude of 300-625 meters above the sea level. The vineyards are located around the village of La Figuera in the appellation of Montsant in the Catalonian region.

Production:

After a selection process of the best grapes, the wine has been vinified and aged for 12 months in new French oak. Only 1 or 2 barrels are produced per vintage.  Vintage 2019: 301 bottles produced 

Tasting Notes: Riper and rounder than the Pater, fruit with ripe and jammy fruit aromas. Rich and succulent fruit on the palate, which should develop very nicely. Round, fine tannins, warm, and long finish.

Notes: It is recommended to decant 2 hours before serving. For consuming over the next 6-7 years.
