Production: This is the new Aure Rosé elaborated by Gaston Coty at L’Origan, the Cellar in Sant Sadurni d’Anoia, the capital of the Cava. Traditional method of elaboration with an ageing of 20 months minimum in bottle.  Residual sugar: 0.21 g/l.

Tasting Notes: Pale cherry colour with fine and constant bubbles. Clean and fresh, with an elegant nose of wild fruit aromas, soft entry on the palate with refreshing white fruits and a floral touch, good acidity and balance.
