Quality Sparkling wine ferments "Méthode Champenoise" from ecological farming. A blend of 63% Xarel.lo, 32% Macabeo, and 5% Parellada with an in-Cava ageing on the lees of 23 months.
Residual sugar: 3 g/l.
Tasting Notes:
Pale yellow colour. Stylish, the peach and apricot flavours, together with some floral notes, apples, and lime hints, make it nicely rounded and mousy with refreshing acidity.
Note: Gastronomic and very versatile, to be enjoyed throughout the meal and also with the dessert.
