Serving Temperature: 6º - 8º C.

Production:

This sweet wine is made 100% from Moscato Bianco grapes. It is produced at the Vignaioli di Santo Stefano Winery in the village of Santo Stefano-Belbo. It has been fermented at a controlled temperature and stopped when the wine reaches 5% alcohol by volume. Ageing in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes:

It displays an intensely fruity and aromatic nose. Sweetness and acidity are perfectly balanced, with a nicely fresh finish.

Note: It is an ideal aperitif and an after-dinner wine par excellence, ideal to accompany desserts.
