A wine of great personality made by Emilio Rojo, a visionary and well-known winegrower in the Ribeiro region. All of his wines denote quality and come from an area with exceptional viticultural conditions.

O Gran Mein Castes Brancas comes from a smallholding on a historic plot called "La parcela de Mein" in the Avia Valley, a series of terraces on slopes totalling 16.7 hectares with Sabrego soil and southwest exposure where it benefits from the Atlantic climate.

O Gran Mein is a blend of seven autochthonous varieties grown with environmentally responsible viticulture.

Production: 

Each plot and variety was vinified separately in stainless steel, concrete, and oak barrels.

Aged for 12 months on its less. Gently stabilised, therefore natural deposits may appear in the bottle.

 

Tasting Notes: Delicious, quality wine with superb aromatic complexity and depth. Ripe peaches and pears with citrus and floral notes, forest herbs, with spicy and balsamic tones. Balanced, fresh, and flavourful.
