Production:

Maria Ganxa is a young wine made from selected grapes sourced from the estate's own vineyards. It is fermented at 15ºC for approximately 20 days; afterwards, it is rested for 3 months in stainless steel vats with its fine lees.

Tasting Notes: A young, fresh, and fruity wild fruit, subtly spicy with scents of flowers, roses, and violets. Fresh and lively on the palate, with fresh red fruits and hints of spice. Persistent and refreshing finish.

Notes: Drink now and over the next 2–3 years.

Toni Ripoll is the owner and winemaker of Celler Pascona, a small winery located in the village of Falset. He makes his wines from the 14.5 ha of vineyards divided into 17 different plots stretched around the cellar and planted on terraces with different orientations and three different types of soil: clay, granite, and the typical slate soil, locally known as llicorella.
