Produced at the property following the traditional method. A blend of 85% Pinot Noir and 15% Black Grenache. Aged for a minimum of 19 months. Reducing sugar: 6 g/L.
Tasting Notes:
Ripe redcurrant colour. Clean, refreshing nose with floral aromas and elegant blackberry fruits, nicely poised, perfectly balanced, and savoury. It has good acidity and a long, dry, and slightly bitter finish.
Note: Ideal to accompany aperitifs, pasta and rice dishes, as well as fruit desserts.
