The new quality sparkling wine from Bodegas Gramona. With this wine, they recuperate the now-unusual tradition of blending three different vintages that have spent time ageing in wood. A wine from ecological and biodynamic viticulture.

Production:

The grapes are sourced from three different plots of 4.5 ha of Xarel.lo vines from the family estate "Les Tres Serres". Hand-harvested and manually selected at the cellar.

Made from a cuvée of three different vintages from different plots of Xarel.lo, to ensure the perfect blend.

A 100% artisanal process. In-cava ageing of 59 months in 3000- and 6000-litre foudres.

Tasting Notes: 

Straw yellow colour. Great complexity in aromas, showing mature white fruit, followed by bready, biscuity flavours and a nice nutty tone. Ample and refreshing, with a very fine bubble well integrated. Finishing long, clean, and elegant.

Note: A very versatile sparkling wine, fresh and complex. To be enjoyed throughout the meal and also with dessert.
