Production:

Sourced from grapes organically farmed and fully certified by the CCPAE, from vineyards located at an altitude of 700 metres growing on gravel soils and substrates of earth and rock.

Hand harvested, grapes strictly selected berry by berry on a double sorting table.

Fermentation takes place at a temperature of 22º-24ºC with a short skin soaking with some oak in it. Aged for 3 months in used French oak barriques.

Fermentation and short maceration of skins in 10,000 litre tank with indigenous yeasts. Aged 9 months in first and second year fine grain French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:

A harmonious blend of smokiness, chocolate and black fruit scents, with hints of white pepper. On the palate, is rich with a smooth texture, enticingly sweet and a mocha and blackberry flavour.
