Wine elaborated by Comando G, a group of enologists and winegrowers from the Sierra de Gredos area, who elaborate wines from the Grenache variety. The vineyards are located in Cadalso de los Vidrios within the D.O. Madrid, at an altitude of 900 metres above sea level, on granitic soils where biodynamic principles are applied.

Vino de Pueblo, or "village wine", is produced using biodynamic principles from old Grenache vines from six different small plots in the village of Las Rozas de Puerto Real in the province of Madrid, on sandy granite soils located at 850 metres above sea level.

Production:

Hand-harvested and fermented in open vats with natural yeast. The wine has aged for 9 months in 30-60 hl oak vats.

Tasting Notes: A fresh, aromatic, smooth, flavourful wine. Fruit-driven, with well-integrated oak and an elegant, good minerality and silky structure.
